We only ever use the very best of British ingredients in our jerky, from the smoked Cornish sea salt to the grass fed British beef. We combine these premium flavours to create what some say is the best jerky they have ever eaten! All British and No Nitrate. What else? All of our jerky bags are 50g.
**The House of Jerky is a small and independent craft jerky producer, we produce fresh jerky each week, ensuring that our product always tastes fantastic. Whilst we dont offer next day delivery, we believe the taste and quality of our jerky makes up for it!
We marinate our meat on a Monday, fire and slice it on a Wednesday and then despatch orders on a Thursday and Friday**
